Contact me through my contact form or phone number to ask any questions and/or to arrange a property visit to receive an estimate. I will provide a quote in writing (email or text) after seeing the scope of work and doing a bit of research.
Note about being busy/response times: Because I am a one-person operation (I have advertising support from a friend and sometimes employees help with jobs, but for the most part I'm by myself), it is often the case, especially when I have jobs lined up that I don't have time to provide a quote or start a project/job in a timely manner. In such cases, I take down your information and will follow up with you once my workload clears up a bit, and I have time to take on additional clients and plan additional jobs. You may follow up with me as often as you need to see where you are in my work request queue.
Pricing (Landscape Maintenance Services)

Generally speaking, labor pricing is done with this formula: number of hours of labour that a job will take 1 person to complete + number of hours of commute time required (employee related dropoff time, commute to and from property, picking up supplies as needed, disposal as needed) multiplied by $36/hr. Taxes are included in this price. Materials are generally priced at what they cost in store to purchase, taxes included. Quotes are a sum of Labor + Materials.
